As Logistics Engineer, you will support the setup and start-up of automated production systems at the Mantova greenfield site, aligning with Nestlé standards. You collaborate across teams to ensure delivery of capital investment projects with quality, safety, and environmental considerations. You’ll drive site-level execution, contractor coordination, and sustainable solutions, within a global, people-focused culture that values continuous improvement. - Oversee implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on site following briefs and Nestlé standards




- Incorporate site constraints into project definition and design
- Plan and organize project execution and mobilize internal and external resources
- Coordinate with plant design and qualify/select contractors; manage contractor activities
- Ensure Nestlé standards are applied and assist the Vertical Project Manager with brief reviews
- Promote environmentally sustainable solutions in project delivery
- Manufacturing project management experience: 3+ years in capital investment projects in food industry
- University degree in Engineering
- Fluency in English; Italian knowledge is a plus
- Factory operations background; Health, Safety & Environment awareness
