In this role you support cost management for MEP packages on a large Milan data center project, contributing to budgeting, reporting, and cost control. You work closely with design, construction, procurement, and client teams to track costs and KPIs across project phases. You review quotations, monitor forecasts and change orders, and assist with procurement activities to ensure financial discipline. This is a hands‑on, development-focused role within a collaborative, cross‑functional team that values learning and impact.

- Assist cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works
- Review and analyze contractor and supplier quotations




- Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders
- Support procurement and tendering activities
- Prepare regular cost reports and track project KPIs
- Collaborate with design, construction, procurement, and client teams
- Recent graduate from an engineering, construction economics, Quantity Surveying or construction-related degree
- Strong interest in project financial management and construction sector
- MEP knowledge and numerical aptitude
- Flexible, autonomous, eager to learn, team-oriented
- Bilingual in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong written communication skills in both languages
