NXP in Italy is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the development of low-level IP firmware and device drivers for MCU platforms. You will bridge hardware and software, lead architecture and validation, and collaborate with central SW and HW teams to maximize reuse and ensure HW compatibility.
You will guide architecture, standards, and enablement strategies for scalable firmware, with emphasis on quality, reusable APIs, and SDK integration across pre- and post-silicon teams.
