This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, supporting both operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a dynamic maintenance environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate aircraft maintenance, modification, and completion activities in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures
- Supervise daily work activities, allocate resources,

and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Ensure full compliance with EASA Part-21 and Part-145 requirements, including:
- Aircraft inspections
- Torque application and verification
- Installation and verification of locking devices
- Sealing procedures
- Inserts installation
- EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) requirements
- Verify that maintenance documentation, task sign-offs, tool control, and inspection processes are completed accurately
- Perform certification and inspection duties within the scope of authorization, including return-to-service activities where applicable
- Ensure the correct use, handling, and control of tools, equipment, and aircraft materials
- Promote a strong safety culture, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
