Head of assembly department - power transformers
Manager / Team Leader
In this role you lead the Pre-Assembly Department at our Trento site, coordinating daily operations to meet production plans with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency. You empower shopfloor teams and drive performance across safety, quality, and delivery. You collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to create a smooth production environment. - Manage, coach, and develop shopfloor teams to foster accountability and high performance




- Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks, and allocate resources to ensure on‑time delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and overall performance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and promote a strong safety culture (zero‑harm)
- 5-7 years in industrial manufacturing, preferably in production or operational leadership
- Experience leading blue‑collar teams in electromechanical or transformer manufacturing
- Strong understanding of assembly processes, production workflows, and quality requirements
- Lean Manufacturing mindset
- Fluency in Italian and English; other languages a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, decision‑making, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills
