As Electricity & Automation (E&A;) and Digital Manager, you lead the site’s E&A; and Digital functions at the Mantova greenfield project, ensuring safe, reliable production through automation and digitalization. You define and execute strategies, build a high-performing team, and deliver capital investments that enable growth and operational excellence. You’ll drive compliance with Nestlé standards and foster continuous improvement across safety, quality, and sustainability. This role blends leadership, technical direction and program delivery.

- Lead Digital-E&A; roadmap and implement Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Deliver capital investment projects from concept to handover
- Manage assets, reliability and maintenance strategy with engineering partners
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards and local regulations for safety and cybersecurity
- Oversee specifications, design reviews, FAT/SAT, training and start-up support
- Drive continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, efficiency and cost performance
- Govern governance of E&A; documentation and MOC processes
- Minimum 7-10 years in Electrical, Automation, Digital or Industrial Engineering in manufacturing
- Proven leadership of technical teams, contractors and external partners
- Experience delivering capital investment projects from design through commissioning
- Experience driving automation, digitalization or operational excellence initiatives
- Exposure to TPM,
