Your Role As a Customer Success Specialist – Cisco, you will support the growth of our Cisco business by helping partners identify opportunities, maximize Cisco programs, and achieve long-term success.




Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and engage new B2B partners within the Cisco ecosystem.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, marketing campaigns, digital tools, and the Ingram Micro XvantageTM platform.
Manage the partner lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Build trusted relationships with partners, helping them maximize the value of Cisco solutions and programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Vendor Management, Presales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to execute joint growth strategies.
Monitor pipeline performance and business results, contributing to the achievement of sales and growth targets.
Provide market insights and partner feedback to support business planning, go-to-market initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Promote Cisco programs, incentives, services, and enablement
