Your Role
As a Customer Success Specialist – Fortinet ,
you will support the growth of our Fortinet business by developing partner relationships, generating new opportunities, and helping partners maximize the value of Fortinet solutions, programs, and services.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop new partners within the Fortinet ecosystem.
Generate and qualify business opportunities through outbound activities, campaigns, and the Ingram Micro XvantageTM platform .
Build strong relationships with partners, supporting their business growth and cybersecurity initiatives.
Promote Fortinet solutions, programs, incentives, training, and certificates.
Collaborate with Vendor Management, Presales, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to execute growth plans.
Monitor pipeline performance and contribute to sales and profitability targets.
Provide market insights and partner feedback to support business development strategies.
