We are seeking a Junior Cost Manager MEP to support the cost management and commercial control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages on a major Data Center project in Milan. The role offers exposure to all project phases, from design through construction and handover.
Your role will be to support the Senior Construction Cost Engineer in the following missions:
Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works.
Review and analyze contractor and supplier quotations.
Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders.
Support procurement and tendering activities.
Prepare regular cost reports and track project KPIs.
Collaborate with design, construction, procurement, and client teams.
Qualifications
Recent graduate from an engineering, construction economics, Quantity Surveying or construction‐related degree.
