In this role, you will lead actuarial pricing and performance analysis for Milan-based opportunities, partnering with cross-European teams to support the regional business plan. You will balance technical pricing with business insights, driving improvements in pricing, underwriting, and data quality. You'll translate projections into actionable metrics for stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement and development of actuarial expertise. This position combines hands-on pricing with strategic business partnership in a hybrid setup.
base salary 50,600 - 65,800 (14 salaries)

Prepare pricing for new business opportunities within risk appetite and sustainable margins
Monitor performance vs. expectations and deliver clear reports for decision-making
Gather and interpret data from diverse sources to identify trends affecting business performance
Translate financial projections into practical metrics and insights for multiple stakeholders
Recommend improvements to pricing, underwriting processes, data quality, and reporting
Lead or contribute to team projects and support knowledge sharing
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while developing actuarial expertise
Progressive actuarial and/or underwriting experience
Strong understanding of actuarial concepts, insurance products, and performance drivers
Fluent Italian and English communication
Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or related field, or relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and data tools such as SQL or similar platforms
Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
