At Fregate Island, Guest Services is about far more than check-ins and concierge services. It is about creating unforgettable experiences and genuine connections with every guest who visits our private island. As Guest Services Manager, you will lead one of the resort's most visible departments, overseeing Island Guides, Guest Relations, Night Operations, Boutique operations, transfers and the overall guest journey from arrival to departure. You will ensure every experience is seamless, personalised and delivered to the highest luxury hospitality standards. A key part of your role will be developing our unique Island Guide concept. Our Island Guides are not traditional butlers—they are experience hosts who actively engage with guests, sharing their personalities,
interests and knowledge while creating memorable moments throughout each stay. Your role will be to inspire, coach and develop this team while ensuring consistency in service delivery. Working closely with Housekeeping, Food &, Beverage, Engineering, Spa, Marina and Reservations, you will coordinate every aspect of the guest experience while continuously looking for ways to exceed expectations.
