In this role, you will drive the global demand planning for the Services and Support channel by leveraging IBP modeling, market intelligence, and field input to produce reliable forecasts. You will coordinate demand reviews with sales and marketing, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and improving customer experience. You'll analyze historical trends, perform root-cause evaluations, and translate insights into an unconstrained forecast. This position sits at the intersection of finance, marketing, and supply chain, shaping best practices and driving improvement actions.

- Develop and forecast demand using IBP models and field input
- Coordinate and facilitate demand reviews with sales and marketing stakeholders
- Provide reliable forecasts to support planning across functions
- Analyze historical sales trends and drivers to inform planning
- Perform root cause analysis on forecast accuracy and bias
- Derive consolidated, unconstrained forecasts for the business
- Evaluate impact of IBP deviations on current plans
- Facilitate re-engineering of best practices and consensus among experts
- Drive improvement actions and communicate status to stakeholders
- Monitor forecast consumption and plan attainment to ensure alignment with goals
- 10+ years of relevant experience at this level
- Extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, or finance; forecasting/planning experience is a plus
- Strong executive presence and leadership skills
- Ability to assess complex business problems and deliver results
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
