The following responsibilities are awaiting you:
Provide comprehensive and appropriate solutions for each customer, in order to stimulate revenue growth, new customer acquisition and profitability.
Develop the assigned territory through structured customer involvement, widespread coverage of the area, and the proactive identification of new business opportunities. The role focuses on developing mid-tier accounts,
activating new clients in aesthetic medicine, and identifying high-potential profiles to refer to Key Account Management.
Contribute to the execution of the corporate value proposition by integrating sales, marketing, medical education and digital initiatives, with the aim of strengthening the premium positioning of our client in the market.
Present, promote and sell products and services using the Value Proposition to existing and potential customers.
Perform cost-agevolazioni analysis and needs of current/potential customers to meet their needs.
Develop plans with top customers to increase market share and ROI.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and professional relationships.
Identify and/or develop new leads and business opportunities with a strategic approach.
Contact customers via video calls and field visits.
Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
