Lear For You in Italy seeks a Quality Engineer to assure product and process quality across development and manufacturing in the automotive sector. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to drive quality performance and successful launches.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automotive QA, strong APQP, FMEA and PFMEA skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings. English and Italian fluency is required, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
