You will lead the Italian sales team, set KPIs, monitor trends, coordinate with HQ for product feedback, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving brand growth. This role requires 10+ years in sales, 5+ in the Italian market, native Italian and fluent English, with willingness to travel.
