Are you curious, ambitious and ready to take initiative from day one? An internship as an Online Marketing Manager gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of digital marketing. You will develop into a true all‑rounder and gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of disciplines. Boredom is not part of the experience.
The start date is flexible and will be agreed upon individually. The internship duration is a minimum of three months.
Location
Lana, South Tyrol, Italy. You can also choose to work from our other offices in Bolzano, Innsbruck, Barcelona, Berlin, Rome or Stockholm after a training period.
Working method
Presence on site, with flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.

Full‑time internship.
Responsibilities
- Implementing content on the landing pages of our hotel clients, including ongoing maintenance and quality control
- Supporting the conception, planning and execution of newsletter campaigns
- Assisting in the planning, setup, monitoring and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft,



Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
- Supporting project management in the implementation of the ADDITIVE+ SOFTWARE for new clients
- Advising clients on questions related to online marketing and software topics

- A strong interest in online marketing and the tourism industry
- Digital affinity and genuine curiosity for new media and emerging trends
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- A reliable and self‑driven working style
- Enjoyment of working in a team environment
- A structured and solution‑oriented approach to tasks
- Solid analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
- Strong language skills, confidence in writing and a creative mindset
