We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused team members to join us as All-Rounders, combining guest service,promotion, sales, retail shop support. This is a dynamic, people-facing role ideal for candidates who enjoy variety, communication, and working in a fast-paced holiday setting. What You’ll Do - Welcome and engage guests with a friendly, professional approach - Promote spa services and experiences to international customers - Help as Shop Attendant for our Retail Shop in Kos town - Guide guests to reception and assist with bookings - Distribute promotional materials in designated areas - Collaborate with partner hotels and sales points - Contribute to achieving daily sales and promotional targets What We’re Looking For - Strong communication skills and confident personality - Fluent English (required) - Additional languages (German or French) are a strong advantage - Driving licence (required) - Positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit - Flexibility to work across different roles and schedules What We Offer - Competitive salary (€1,100 net/month) + commission - Free accommodation (private room, shared bathroom) - Free daily meals - Insurance coverage - Days off - A fun, international team environment - Opportunity to return for future seasons Why Join Us Join a company known for its strong team culture and returning staff each year .
