2. Position Summary
As a Sales Manager at Metrikflow, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying, engaging and closing new customers. You will be taking ownership with our founding team of the generation, qualification and closing of leads, building strong relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales pipeline.
Your success in this role will depend on your ability to generate revenue, create and nurture relationships, deliver value to prospects, and convert them into clients. Fluency in Italian is essential, as our core target market is Italy.
Tasks Contribute and execute our strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand Metrikflow's presence in target markets.
Own and optimize the lead generation process, working closely with Marketing to enhance inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Drive business development efforts , identifying new market opportunities and key accounts to target.
Establish and refine best practices for outreach, lead qualification, and conversion, leveraging multi-channel engagement (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, improve campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with market needs.
Own and manage the sales pipeline , ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups through the CRM system.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating and closing high-value deals.
