European Commercial Director for Food Colours m/f/d
Location: Northern Italy onsite
This is a Business 2 Business job. Please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried Fruit and Vegetables and other value added Food Ingredients.
Role
The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales, marketing and business development activities in Europe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets.
- Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team.

Qualifications and Experience
- Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders).
- Closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors,



VPs and owners / executives.
- Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong fit with the Company's culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree with a preference for sciences or food technology/ingredients and/or MBA.
- Fluent in English, Italian and other European languages are an asset.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry.
