Purpose of the Job
To ensure accuracy of actual costs recorded and guarantee the analysis of the ETC of a given WP's package.
To ensure that WP QCD commitment is properly backed-up/documented and monitored on a monthly basis
Supports the Work Package Owner in the controlling/financial management of his Work Package and help in identifying risks in advance.
Position in the Organisation
The WPC is member of Finance organization.
The WPC reports hierarchically to the Head of WPC.

Ensure accuracy of Quality and Costs data.
To review and validate in full transparency the QCD performance reported in the WP vs the commitment to be delivered
Checks input for the Reference library loop-back process for the cost elements
Respect of ALSTOM rules & processes
Quality of variance analysis
Reporting is accurate and on time
Satisfaction of WP owners
