We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support and optimize our warehouse and shipping operations. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, leveraging data to drive efficiency, and collaborating with logistics partners, this could be the right opportunity for you. Your Responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations across warehouse and shipping activities
Create and manage SAP outbound deliveries for 3PL partners on a daily basis
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and WMS systems
Oversee daily dispatching of spare parts and finished goods in line with plans and company targets
Support Return-to-Stock back-office activities
Monitor and improve stock accuracy through cycle counting and root cause analysis




Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within warehouse operationsEnsure warehouse procedures are clearly defined, implemented, and followed by 3PL partners
Your Background
High School Diploma; a Degree in Economics or Engineering is a plus
2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar field is preferred
Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MS Office
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical mindset with a customer-focused approach
Proactive, flexible, and collaborative, with a curious attitude and strong team spirit
