We are looking for a Senior Client Account Manager m f d who can take ownership of important client relationships and ensure that every account receives consistent, professional, and commercially focused support.
You will act as the main connection between our clients and internal service teams. Your role will involve understanding business requirements, coordinating account activities, resolving challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that agreed service standards are achieved.
Our office is located in the commercial and industrial area of Acerra, with convenient connections to Naples and surrounding municipalities. We provide a professional and collaborative workplace where employees are trusted to manage their responsibilities independently.
You will manage established business accounts and have the authority to influence service strategies, account priorities, and client retention initiatives.
