About The Role
Within the Corporate People Development function, the Training and Development Specialist in direct report to the People Development Manager, contributes to the definition of global guidelines, processes, and tools for learning, development, and talent management. The function works closely with HR teams across countries,
providing guidance and support while local HR teams ensure implementation within their respective organizations. In addition, the role directly supports the delivery, planning, coordination and follow-up of training and development initiatives for Italy and for selected strategic populations at global level, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training activities and learning initiatives at corporate level, supporting planning, organization, launch, execution, and follow-up.
Monitor training participation and prepare learning analytics reports to support follow-up, visibility, and decision-making.
Maintain learning management systems, training records, and related documentation with accuracy and attention to data quality.
Support competence assessment and development planning processes, helping ensure consistent execution and stakeholder alignment.
