Cytiva’s Field Service Engineer is responsible for several activities such as installation and qualification, preventative maintenance, calibration,



troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as promoting service contracts and identifying opportunities that have a significant impact on the organization.
This position is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team based in Italy (preferably in the Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany regions) and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapies from discovery to delivery.
Plan and execute service activities at the customer’s site
Manage own stock and work orders
Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
English is required
70 % travel and overnight stay within terr
