Operations Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations planning, ensuring alignment across engineering, production, supply chain, and finance. You will play a key role in driving project execution from order intake to delivery, ensuring operational performance and on-time delivery (ROTD).
- You will actively manage and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating alignment through regular planning reviews and decision-making forums. You will ensure effective workload and capacity planning, identifying constraints and driving mitigation actions to secure execution.
- This role requires strong ownership of planning activities, including inventory, Work-In-Progress, and working capital optimization, as well as active contribution to financial performance.
- Additionally, you will act as a key point of reference for material planning activities, ensuring alignment with material planners and providing support and backup when needed.
- This role offers strong exposure to end-to-end operations and the opportunity to directly impact delivery performance, operational efficiency, and business results.
