Olga Group is seeking an experienced Commercial - International Sales Leader to drive profitable growth across an international area. You will shape commercial and marketing strategy with HQ, ensuring effective activation with distributors and direct customers (grocery retail, organic networks) across multiple markets.
The role requires 5–8 years in food & beverage or FMCG, strong negotiation, P&L; awareness and cross-functional leadership, plus fluent English; French is a plus.
