The EHS Manager – Construction Safety is responsible for leading environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across large-scale construction and mission-critical infrastructure projects. This role provides leadership and oversight for safety strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation while partnering with project leadership, contractors, and cross‐functional stakeholders to ensure safe and compliant operations. This position plays a key role in driving a proactive safety culture through program development, field engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The EHS Manager oversees site safety professionals and supports the execution of safety programs across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company safety standards. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of construction safety programs across active project sites. Provide leadership and oversight to site safety professionals,
ensuring consistent execution of safety policies and procedures. Partner with project leadership, contractors, and field teams to integrate safety planning into construction activities and project execution. Conduct safety audits, site assessments, and program evaluations to identify risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. Lead incident investigations, root‐cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence. Develop and deliver safety training programs, orientations, and leadership coaching for field personnel and contractors. Support the development and execution of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Establish and monitor key safety performance metrics and provide reporting and insights to leadership. Serve as the primary safety liaison with
