Job Overview
IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & ServiceNow – Milano, LOM, IT. This full‑time, on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth in an international and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation phase for the replacement of global network monitoring platforms.
- Coordinate business and technical requirements gathering across multiple infrastructure domains.
- Manage RFP activities and facilitate vendor evaluations, workshops, and governance reviews.
- Produce implementation roadmaps, business cases, benefits analyses, and executive recommendations.
- Oversee the standardization and onboarding of enterprise network inventory within ServiceNow CMDB.
- Define governance processes for Configuration Item lifecycle management and lead related workshops.
- Coordinate integration activities between Aruba Central, MuleSoft, and ServiceNow.
- Manage delivery planning, technical alignment, and implementation readiness for integration projects.
Qualifications
- Between 5‑8 years of experience in IT project or program management,
preferably in infrastructure, network, or ServiceNow environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and PPM modules.
- Experience with vendor management and RFP processes.
- Experience with integration projects involving platforms such as Aruba Central and MuleSoft.
- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Adaptability and ability to coordinate international teams.
