Billing Specialist

Job Summary
The Billing Specialist has the primary responsibility for accurate invoice coordination and submissions.
Essential Functions
- Handle the active billing process
- Calculate, verify and handle commissions
- Monitor and resolve billing issues (e.g., invoice rejections)
- Administer agency contracts
- Handle the collection and retrieval of documentation from field personnel
- Perform all administrative tasks required to ensure office efficiency
- Support and backup for order and credit collection activities

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma - administrative/economic focus
- At least 2 years of prior professional experience in billing and accounts receivable
- Knowledge of the main billing processes and administrative procedures
- Preferable experience in companies interacting with Public Administration, along with knowledge of related processes and administrative workflows
- Good knowledge of the English language, Italian native level




- Good knowledge of MS Office - particularly Excel and Power Point - and familiarity with ERP systems (Navision Microsoft Dynamics)
- Assertive, respectful, friendly, team-oriented character
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Flexibility, organization and attention to detail
