Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, implement and monitor BU HSE activities to strengthen safety, risk management and regulatory compliance. You will support audits, incidents reporting and training to promote a proactive safety culture. You will work with local managers to minimize risk and ensure preparedness through risk assessment and emergency planning. This position offers the chance to shape HSE practices in a global logistics environment and contribute to safer operations.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Improve, implement, monitor and update BU HSE activities (procedures, risk assessment, emergency plan, management system certification, training).
- Support HSE activities during customer audits/site visits.
- Create reporting for accidents and CAPA.
- Promote awareness and behavioral-based safety training.




- Minimize risk within the area of responsibility.
- Support tender preparation and startup in HSE issues.
- Manage and improve risk assessments and emergency planning (per DLgs81/08).
- Support local managers in H&S; management of unsafe acts/conditions/near misses/incidents.

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Safety Engineering or related field
- 2 years of experience in HSE in Manufacturing/Supply Chain
- RSPP training per legal requirement
- Certified auditor for ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office
- Knowledge of PowerBI
- English proficiency
