INTERN PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities
- Entering supplier orders into the ERP system in line with existing forecasts and price lists
- Managing purchase order confirmations and procurements on specified delivery dates
- Contacting suppliers to request advances or reminders regarding the delivery of materials ordered
- Report on KPIs related to non-compliance and adherence to contractual lead times
- Evaluating, together with the Supply Chain team, any proposals to change the terms and conditions of suppliers

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science or engineering, or equivalent qualifications
- A short period of previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.




- Ability to work cooperatively with an international team, ability to handle requests and enter data
- excellent familiarity with IT applications.
- Required fluency in English (spoken and written)

The position is located in Cassina de Pecchi (Milano)
We are offering a 6-month internship with compensation of 800 euros gross per month, meal tickets of 7€ and 8 days of remote work per month.
