Sotto la supervisione del team Lifestyle, gli ospiti ricevono un'ospitalità su misura. Al settimo piano del palazzo, con vista maestosa sulla città, l'hotel ospita l'Armani/Ristorante con cucina italiana dalle sapienti rivisitazioni in chiave internazionale e l'Armani/Bamboo Bar, mentre all'ultimo piano Armani/SPA si estende su una superficie di 1.000 mq con piscina relax e palestra.
Posizione: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead and oversee our spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and the highest standard of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a strong background in spa management.
Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the spa,



including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Manage the spa's budget, controlling expenses and ensuring profitability.
Reports to: Operational Manager
Guest Experience: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional service. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support personnel. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
