Orient Express Venezia is seeking Front Office Agents to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with precision and grace. You will interact with guests, coordinate with departments, and uphold the hotel’s luxury standards to ensure a memorable stay.
The ideal candidate has excellent English and Italian, strong communication, and the ability to handle guest requests in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with legal work eligibility in Italy.
