Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact in the shop and make sure our customers feel well‑advised and welcome.
- Your open and approachable attitude helps you quickly understand what our customers are looking for – whether it’s the latest deck, the perfect snowboard binding, or a fresh streetwear outfit.
- You bring your sense of trends and scene knowledge authentically into every customer interaction.
- You work hand‑in‑hand with the team, providing support in visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations.
- You continuously develop your skills through trainings, product workshops, and support from your team.
Our Requirements
- Initial experience or completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not required – what matters most is that you are motivated and eager to learn.
- You identify with the world of board sports and streetwear culture and have a strong sense for their community and lifestyle.
- You are communicative, curious, and actively engage with customers to offer excellent customer service.
- You value teamwork, respect, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
