and international congresses and events and provide marketing strategies and materials in a rapidly developing Company with a strong product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.Joining the Marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the new resource will be responsible for:* Coordinate and execute the logistics of marketing activities for congresses, ensuring seamless organization and timely delivery in line with strategic objectives.* Support the development and execution of marketing plans for congresses, including pre-event promotion, on-site activities, and post-event follow-up.* Act as the main point of contact for all aspects related to congress management, from planning to post-event evaluation.* Work closely with the Field Force team to create engaging and informative materials that support their activities during congresses and beyond.* Design and produce marketing tools (brochures,
