Overview
As a Senior Digital Consultant at dentsu, you will drive client success by developing and managing impactful digital performance strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across search (Google Ads, Search Ads, Bing), social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and display platforms.
- Handle campaign processes end‑to‑end, including strategy development, media planning, ad setup, daily optimization, and performance reporting.
- Develop and manage impactful digital performance strategies to drive client success.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure measurable results.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to align digital initiatives with client goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance and performance insights.
- Work across the team and contribute expertise, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.




- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to ensure innovative and effective solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–4 years of experience in digital performance campaign management.
- Proficiency in search and social platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and display performance vendors.
- Solid knowledge of digital performance platforms and analytics tools (DV360, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of tracking and campaign management platforms (Analytics, Campaign Manager).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance strategy and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Leadership capabilities and experience in managing or mentoring teams.
