Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new client acquisition while managing a portfolio of existing affiliates within the real estate market to maximise revenue and build long‑term relationships. This is a client‑facing, travel‑based sales role covering Northern Italy,



requiring regular in‑person meetings with affiliates and prospective clients.
A strong focus on nurturing affiliate relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and expanding GC Partners’ target client base is essential.
Working closely with stakeholders, the BDM will play a key role in meeting sales targets and ensuring affiliates and clients receive excellent service. The successful candidate will embody GC Partners’ core values and adopt a client‑centric approach in all interactions.
- 2+ years’ proven success in a Real Estate business development role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients or affiliates effectively.
- A target‑driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
