Meliá Hotels International is seeking a Head of Development for Italy & Malta, based in Milan. You will drive proactive research, analyze hotel opportunities, and negotiate with internal and external partners to incorporate projects via franchise or company expansion plans.
The role requires at least 5 years in a similar position, strong negotiation, and languages Italian and English. Travel 4–5 days per month and report to Development leadership.
