IT Business Analyst

You will join our Retail & Point of Sales team supporting business transformation and digitalization projects for retail clients in an international context.
Your Missions
- Gather and document requirements for retail and point of sales system enhancements and new features
- Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams
- Prepare configuration guidelines for retail and POS solutions
- Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met
- Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate retail business needs into technical specifications
- Identify gaps in existing retail and POS functionalities and propose improvements
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
- Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams
Your Profile
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on retail and point of sales projects
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement for retail and POS systems
- Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases
- Experience in business transformation or digitalization projects within the retail sector
- Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
- English and Italian fluent
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You demonstrate adaptability in multicultural environments
