In this context, the SENSTRONIC Group is recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer for its SELET brand.
Role Overview
As a key interface between customers and the engineering team, you will play a strategic role in developing tailored solutions in complex industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a customer portfolio (special machine manufacturers,
integrators, industrial players)
- Identify customer needs and propose tailor‑made technical solutions (on‑board systems, sensors, electronics, automation)
- Promote our solutions through high value‑added technical presentations and demonstrations
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, and closing
- Follow projects in close collaboration with R&D;, production teams, and partners
- Contribute to the development of new markets and customized solutions
- Ensure regular reporting through CRM tools (Salesforce) and track your performance
- On 4 days in the field, close to your customers
- 1 day working remotely / home office
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or technical background (industrial engineering, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in special machines, automatio
