The Role
As International Financial Controller, you will support the Group CFO in strategic and operational financial activities across international subsidiaries. You will contribute to the development of controlling processes, financial reporting, budgeting activities, and profitability analysis, while collaborating with teams located in different countries.
The role offers direct exposure to international operations,
cross-border projects, and financial integration initiatives within a fast-growing organization. You will play an active role in supporting business performance and improving financial visibility at group level.
Your Responsibilities
- Being responsible for the budgeting process and monitoring deviations from forecasts and targets
- Being responsible for the monthly reporting activities and management reporting preparation
- Analyze sales performance, margins, and profitability across products and projects
- Support cost assessment activities, including direct and total cost analysis
- Contribute to EBITDA adjustments and financial performance evaluations
- Support the development and continuous improvement of group controlling procedures and reporting tools
- Collaborate on financial due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions and M&A; projects
- Support cash-pooling and g
