By leading business development activities, you will leverage market insights and industry trends to shape product strategy, support new product development and drive customer-focused business opportunities.*Your responsibilities will be to:* Understand market needs and industry trends through customer engagement, market research, technology monitoring, product benchmarking and competitor analysis* Develop and implement business growth strategies to win targeted opportunities, collaborating with regional teams to adapt business models to local market requirements* Drive commercial performance by monitoring revenue, profitability and BOM targets, while supporting strategy development and marketing reviews* Collaborate with R&D; teams to define product roadmaps,
set development targets and drive product enhancements aligned with business strategy, customer needs and market trends* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support long-term business success* Assess and monitor RFQs, business opportunities and project viability to ensure strategic and profitable decision-making* Partner closely with Sales teams by providing guidance and support on product strategy, value proposition, pricing, differentiation and overall go-to-market approachOur requirements:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field* Ideally 3+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry* Technical knowledge of cooling fans and BLDC motors would be considered a strong advantage* Hands-on experience with, or a strong affinity f
