Digital Service Manager – Identity and Access Management
(Automotive Business)
Are you interested in leading IAM solutions that facilitate secure, seamless, and compliant access for internal and external users such as customers, suppliers, and partners.
As Digital Service Manager for Identity and Access Management, you will ensure that IAM platforms are robust, scalable, and tailored to support a dynamic ecosystem, enabling secure access and facilitating business growth and collaboration. where managing outsourced service providers and aligning service delivery with business objectives is part of your everyday work.
What you can expect in the role
- Platform Ownership & Accountability: Own the Azure‑based IAM solutions and ensure they are fit for business purposes, including related processes and integrations with platforms like ServiceNOW, SuccessFactors, Tesseract, and CyberArk. Ensure IAM platforms (e.g., SKF SSO, federated identity solutions) deliver secure, unified, and user‑friendly access.
- Security, Compliance & Governance: Ensure IAM platforms meet global security and compliance standards, including GDPR and other data governance directives. Regularly monitor and address security risks and incidents related to external identity and access.
- Implementation, Integration & Performance Monitoring: Oversee implementation and management of IAM solutions, including SSO. Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding
