About The Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Department, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for deploying and driving the HR strategy and policies for Data4 in Italy,



in alignment with the Group’s growth objectives and corporate social responsibility commitments. The HRBP acts as a strategic partner to management, supporting business performance through effective people management, employee relations, talent development, and change management, while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and Group policies.
Responsibilities
Contribution to HR Strategy
- Collect and analyze HR needs from business units related to talent management, skills development, performance management, and organizational change.
- Contribute to the definition and deployment of HR policies and projects (skills development, working time organization, mobility, working conditions, compensation policies, etc.).
- Monitor economic, legal, and social developments impacting HR practices in Italy.
