What we are looking for
Amplifon is seeking a proactive and talented Global Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation Manager to drive operational excellence across our supplier network and our global supply chain. This role will lead key functional initiatives, optimize end-to-end processes, and support the standardization and transformation of procurement and supply chain activities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at transforming procurement and supply chain processes.




- Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process optimization.
- Drive and implement standardization of procurement and supply chain activities across regions and business units.
- Manage and enhance operational collaboration with key suppliers to ensure performance, service quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders within a matrix organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.

What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering, Economics, or related).
- 6-10 years of professional experience within structured, complex organizations.
- Proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain, ideally within the Retail sector.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
