Experteer Overview
In this role, you will shape procurement strategy for Indirect Materials & Services across Europe, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive value, sustainability, and digitalization. You will lead category initiatives, negotiate with suppliers, and champion AI-enabled procurement processes in a fast-paced, international setting. This is an opportunity to influence supplier ecosystems, adopt cutting-edge tools, and contribute to ABB’s sustainable electrification agenda. - Stakeholder management and needs assessment with key functions
- Develop and execute category strategies; run RFPs/RFQs/eAuctions; identify innovative suppliers
- Own contract negotiations and supplier performance management
- Drive digital transformation by adopting AI and data analytics in procurement

- Monitor risk, ensure ESG/sustainability compliance, and maintain business continuity





Responsabilità
- University degree (business or engineering preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or category management
- Proactive and collaborative attitude with growth mindset
- Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
- Negotiation and contract management expertise
- Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and data-driven procurement
- Fluent English; other European languages are a plus
