Corporate Finance

Support the identification of client needs, advisory activities and the ongoing profitability management of corporate clients based on structured needs analyses, engagement strategies and client plans,



as well as the implementation of Corporate Finance-related product solutions.

Build up and continuously expand product expertise and support the development of related sales approaches, including presentations, in close cooperation with product areas such as Treasury Products or Debt Capital Markets.

After an appropriate onboarding period, progressively assume responsibilities and execute client onboarding processes and “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requirements in line with regulatory standards.

Actively contribute to the credit process in your role as a Product Specialist for Corporate Finance products, with a strong focus on execution using tools and systems

This includes partial support of CRM processes, acting as a central interface for internal stakeholders and monitoring the credit approval process.

Prepare, implement or support the implementation of credit and transaction documentation, including confidentialit
