We are looking for a Wholesale Area Manager to lead and develop the Dutch market. The role is responsible for driving sell-in and sell-out performance, controlling and upgrading the distribution, and strengthening relationships with key accounts while identifying new strategic opportunities.
This is a field‑intensive position requiring constant market presence, strong commercial instinct, and a disciplined, results‑driven mindset. The role involves extensive travel and direct client exposure.

Your Impact
- Manage and develop the wholesale business across the Netherlands,



ensuring qualitative and sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through frequent in‑person visits and meetings.
- Evaluate and classify the distribution network in terms of quality, positioning, and penetration.
- Identify and activate new business opportunities aligned with brand strategy.
- Prepare and manage sales campaigns:
- Appointment scheduling
- Budget definition per client
- Order supervision and follow‑up
- Maintain a detailed customer database with all relevant commercial and financial information.
- Analyze sell‑in and sell‑out data, preparing clear after‑sales reports.
- Drive and control re‑order business.
- Ensure in‑store execution, assortment, and brand presentation meet company standards.
- Deliver product trainings and communicate brand strategy to retail partners.
- Identify and activate local marketing opportunities.
- Monitor shipments
