JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Consumer App Lead to guide the implementation of a new mobile application dedicated to our Clients. This role will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning to launch and post‑implementation.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to evolve into the role and be responsible for the future development and evolution of the application once it has been launched.
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in managing complex mobile application development projects and a strong understanding of the dynamics of the luxury industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Before
- Define the scope, objectives,



and deliverables of the different project release phases in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (IT, CRM, Marketing, Retail, Client Service) and external vendors.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines and internal and external resources, using Agile methodology.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including internal and external developers, UX/UI designers, QA specialists, etc.
- Monitor project progress against the plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet both functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring their performance aligns with contractual agreements and project timelines.
- Oversee testing phases (UAT, performance testing, security testing) to ensure the robustness and reliability of the application.
- Monitor application performance after launch, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
