Job Summary
Supermicro is seeking an experienced product manager in the IoT/Embedded segment, familiar with EMEA market development. The solution manager will establish and develop the potential key accounts within EMEA and work with the sales team to grow account revenue. The position is based in our EMEA headquarters in s‑Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze market and business trends,
develop tactics and programs to grow market share through strategically positioned Supermicro’s solutions to maximize competitiveness.
- Identify, prioritize and address requirements of enterprise customers for existing and emerging use cases with evolving deployment considerations.
- Lead new product training for customers (TTM). Work closely with customers to define and refine product specifications and solutions, and with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
- Lead research and analysis of technology, customers, and competitors’ trends to feed back to engineers to develop platform portfolio strategy.
- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects and work with sales teams to close deals.
- Develop an ecosystem with team and set up/maintain vendor/supplier relationships to grow business.
